By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and agree to abide by them at all times. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

The actual provision of warehousing, logistics, inventory storage, order fulfillment, cross-docking, or other related services by RMLW is governed by separate, comprehensive written agreements (the "Operation Agreements"). An example of such an Operation Agreement is the "Standard Contract Terms and Conditions for Merchandise Warehousemen". These Operation Agreements, which detail specific obligations, liabilities, charges, and operational procedures, will be provided to you if you engage RMLW for such services. The acceptance mechanism for Operation Agreements, typically involving a signature or the act of tendering goods for service , is distinct from the acceptance of these Site Terms, which occurs through your use of the Site. This clear demarcation is necessary because the Site primarily serves as an informational portal and an invitation for businesses to explore potential logistics partnerships through consultation , rather than a platform for entering into binding service contracts directly.  

The identification of the Site operator as the Economic Development Finance Alliance (EDFA) of Tuscarawas County, a public-private entity with a commitment to community investment and long-term economic stability , underscores a foundation of credibility. Furthermore, general pricing structures, for instance, base rates for inventory storage and fulfillment (e.g., starting at $0.45 per 100 lbs, with potential reductions for volume commitments) and cross-docking rates (e.g., $20 to $30 per pallet, with weight-based alternatives), may be presented.

Such information does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, or contract for services. Service availability, specific terms, conditions, and final pricing are subject to detailed discussion, the development of a formal proposal tailored to your business's unique requirements, and mutual agreement through a separate written Operation Agreement. You agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Ohio, in each case located in Tuscarawas County, Ohio. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts. This choice of law and jurisdiction aligns with RMLW's physical location in New Philadelphia, Ohio, and EDFA's operational base in Tuscarawas County , providing a predictable and convenient legal framework for the resolution of any disputes related to the Site.
