Jon Elsasser President and a graduate of the Harvard Business School, Jon retired as Senior Vice-President and CIO of the Timken Corporation. He and his wife, Cindy, operate Canal Tavern of Zoar. Jon is active in the Zoar Community and continues to participate on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
Bruno Frank is a graduate of the University of Akron Business College with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management. He currently works as an Account Executive for Miller & Miller Insurance Company in Dover, providing insurance solutions for both commercial and personal lines customers. Prior to the insurance industry, he spent 25 years working as a consultant in the Ohio Workers’ Compensation industry working with businesses of all sizes to ensure their workers’ compensation programs were performing up to industry standards. He is an active board member for, Dover Youth Football Association and the Tuscarawas County Incubation Board and is very active in the community. Bruno and his wife Mary live in Dover with their three children Bruno III, Lydia and Joshua.
Steve Schillig has been with the SBDC since May 2008. Before that, he spent 28 years in the banking and finance industry, with a concentration in commercial lending. Part of his career was spent as a CFO for a serial entrepreneur. Steve serves as a board member of the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Business Factory Committee in Tuscarawas County. He and his wife, Theresa, are the parents of two children.
State Representative Brett Hillyer is serving his first term in the Ohio House of Representatives. He represents the 98th District, which includes Tuscarawas County and part of Holmes County.
A lifelong resident of Ohio, Hillyer earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Akron and a Juris Doctor Degree from Ohio Northern University. He began private practice in 2011 at the Law Firm of Connolly, Hillyer & Ong and, in 2016, became an agent for Ohio Bar Title and Commonwealth Title.
In 2013, Hillyer was elected Uhrichsville City Law Director & Prosecutor. As Law Director, Hillyer managed Tuscarawas County’s only functioning land bank, which has successfully acquired and sold abandoned properties and salvaged blighted properties to raise property values and clean up neighborhoods with minimal costs to taxpayers.
In addition to his law practice, Hillyer advises the villages of West Lafayette, Freeport, and Roswell. Hillyer further lends his time to the Dennison Rotary, The Tuscarawas County Business Factory, and the Uhrichsville Clay Museum.
Hillyer is married to Anna Marie Hillyer. In his free time, Hillyer is a waterfowl hunter, pheasant hunter and avid Lake Erie fisherman.
Harry Eadon graduated from Case Western Reserve University and Baldwin Wallace University. He is the President of the Economic Development and Finance Alliance of Tuscarawas County. Harry is also the Vice President of the Board of the Eastern Ohio Development Alliance, Co-Chair of the EODA Real Estate Team, President of the Ohio Council of Port Authorities, a Board Member of the Ohio Economic Development Association. Harry also volunteers in several programs at New Pointe Community Church.
Scott Finnell has served as Executive Vice President of First Federal Community Bank for the past 16 years. He’s been a local banker for the past 26 years. Scott earned his BA Degree in Finance and Management from Mount Union College and his MBA from Ashland University. He has served on several Boards of Directors, and has been active in many different local organizations and charities throughout the years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Rainbow Connection, the Dover City Schools Education Foundation, the Business Park Incubator, and is a member of the New Philadelphia Kiwanis Club. Scott lives in Dover with his wife, Amy, and three children, Josie, Emily, and David.
Joss Celuch is a CPA with Rea & Associates, Inc. He has been with Rea for three years and practices primarily in business and individual tax. He also works in audit and more recently has started working in consulting, predominantly for the manufacturing industry. Joss graduated from Malone University with degrees in accounting and business administration. He is a board member of the Tuscarawas County Farmers Market where he also serves as treasurer. Joss resides in Dover with his wife, Hilary.
Ben Worsowicz is an associate attorney with the New Philadelphia office of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty practicing in the firm’s estate planning and estate administration, business, and real estate practices. He is a graduate of Ohio State University and Capital University Law School, and a member of the Dover Exchange Club. He lives in Dover with his wife and four children.
