The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development Program recently announced they would begin accepting applications from all citizens to build homes in the City of New Philadelphia. As a result, city leaders have teamed up with the USDA and the Tuscarawas County Economic Development Corporation (TCEDC) to find locations to construct new houses.
