Our Strategic Journey

The foundation of our current vision was laid during a period of rigorous reflection and forward-thinking analysis in the latter half of 2022. Spanning the third and fourth quarters, the Tuscarawas County Economic Development Corporation (TCEDC) embarked on a strategic planning process designed to be deeply collaborative. By intentionally gathering input from a diverse group of community stakeholders, we ensured our objectives were rooted in the real-world needs of our local businesses and residents. This inclusive dialogue shaped our path forward, leading to a refined roadmap that was officially finalized in the first quarter of 2023. Today, this plan serves as our North Star, guiding the TCEDC’s commitment to sustainable growth and economic prosperity across our county.
